Press tools with permanently installed electric heating plates are designed exclusively for series production, but if small batches or individual manufacture is required in two-dimensional molding, flexibility is called for.

flex_hpl1.jpgFlexible electric heating plates from Busse can be set in various different supporting molds or fixtures. Through the use of an elastic carrier material with heating filaments milled in, the flexible electric heating plates fit every contour over and over again. The flexible plates consist of 1 mm stainless-steel plates on both outer sides with the 5-6 mm heating centrally positioned; they are therefore especially elastic and pressure-resistant. 

flex_hpl2.jpgAll heating plates are equipped with a continuously adjustable temperature controller and are supplied in any size required. The flexible electric heating plates are particularly suitable for processing curved table edges and reduce processing time to a minimum.
