The BRANDENBURGER BRA-GLA® KA material is a non-flammable, highly insulated, heavily needle-punched glass mat to which a low percentage of organic binding agent is added in a high-tech procedure.
Special material characteristics:
- High Temperature Resistance
- Stability
- Good Insulation
- Low Specific Weight
- Toxicologically Safe
- Environmentally Friendly
- Chemically Resistant
- Very Elastic with Some Impact Resistance
- Low Fluid Absorption
Areas of application:
BRA-GLA® KA is used as an exterior insulation for moulds, dyes and machines with surface temperatures up to 350°C that are exposed to little fluid or impact stress. Heating duct insulation is another ideal area of application.
